The primary focus will be to ensure that delivery of pension advisory services meets clients' needs, standards and expectations offering a proactive, value added service.
Your role will include reviewing the skills sets, development, performance methodology and delivery of a homeworking team in general to ensure that deliverables are in accordance with job roles and agreed objectives, and you will recommend developmental solutions.
This role will particularly suit you if you are a technically strong and experienced pensions professional, able to develop your team to ensure that deliverables are in accordance with job roles and agreed objectives. Within this role you will also recommend process developmental solutions where appropriate. As and when required you will also participate in or manage and lead on business project.
This is a home-based role with an initial requirement to be in Bristol office for the first 8 weeks training. Thereafter you would be required to be in the Bristol office once a week.
