You will be a competent and consistent performance leader being able to use this structure/ platform to ensure your teams have been able to achieve team SLA, KPI's and Contact Centre operating targets
You will support your team of advisors and the broader operation to ensure a culture of high achievement and constant customer focus is maintained across the business.
