Working in partnership with you, and to an agreed brief and timescale, we take time to understand your requirements and identify the key attributes and core competencies of your ideal candidate. We then recommend and agree a suitable campaign of activity – e.g. targeted advertising, database, networking and search – and work proactively on your behalf to reach and engage with the very best prospective candidates from the appropriate marketplace.
Applicants are screened, interviewed and assessed in line with agreed criteria and a Shortlist Report produced which, along with CV’s, is presented and discussed face-to-face. We then help you design, implement and manage the interview & selection process, through to offer and acceptance.
Following a successful introduction we are happy to assist with induction, and remain on hand to help ensure a successful integration. Where an appointment is business critical a retained approach delivers the very best solution in a cost effective and timely manner.

Contingency / Database Search

A shortlist is created and CV’s are presented. We are then on hand to help with the interview & selection process, should you wish us to, and to manage communication with the candidate.
A contingency based approach can offer a speedy solution, although it’s reach is of course restricted to active job seekers only. For a more comprehensive solution, and in order to reach the widest audience of prospective candidates, a retained Search & Selection approach may be more suitable.
